🆕 AI Chatbot
Campgrounds can now offer campers 24/7 instant answers with the new RoverPass AI Chatbot. The chatbot can answer questions about your park, including amenities, policies, rates, and campground information, helping campers get answers faster while reducing repetitive questions for campground staff.

🆕 Automatic Refunds
Campgrounds can now enable Automatic Refunds for eligible camper cancellations! When a camper cancels an eligible reservation online, RoverPass will automatically calculate and process the refund based on your cancellation policy—no manual refund needed.

🆕Split a Reservation
You can now split an existing reservation and move the remaining portion of a guest's stay to a different site without creating a new reservation. This is ideal for campers who need to switch sites during their stay.

🆕 Barcode Scanner — General Store
Speed up your General Store sales with barcode scanner support! Connect any generic barcode scanner to your computer, assign barcodes to your products, and start scanning items directly into the cart — no manual searching required.

🆕 User Management — Teams Tab
Campground owners can now add staff and manage their Owner Portal access directly — no more waiting on RoverPass. From the Teams tab in the left menu, add team members, assign permissions per portal section, and use pre-built role templates (e.g., Front Desk) to get started fast.
Multi-property accounts can manage permissions independently per campground.
🆕 Reassign User — Camper´s email
Campground staff can now update the email associated with a reservation directly from the reservation overview—no need to contact RoverPass support.
Whether the booking was created without an email or a camper used a friend’s or outdated address and now needs to update it, simply click Reassign User in the reservation’s Overview section and enter the correct email.
⚠️ This feature reassigns the user on a reservation — it is not an email editor. If you need to edit a camper's email address, you can still reach out at
[email protected] and we will be happy to assist.
