A complete guide to your RoverPass Memberships owner dashboard — setting up your membership page, creating plans, managing members, and tracking payments.
RoverPass Memberships is a separate system from your main RoverPass dashboard. It is where you sell and manage your campground's own memberships: your plan names, prices and benefits, your member records, and the public page where campers sign up.
When your campground is set up as a membership campground, campers cannot book a reservation with you — day pass, overnight stay or event weekend — without a valid membership code. Campers buy that code on your membership page, then enter it at checkout when they book.
This guide walks through every section of the dashboard. If you only need the essentials to get started, the sections you will use most are Settings, Membership Types and Members.
1. Go to memberships.roverpass.com/owner-login
2. Enter your Owner Email Address and Password
3. Tick Remember me if you want to stay signed in
4. Click Sign In as Owner
This page also has a Forgot password? link, a Contact Support link, and a Back to Member Login link if you have arrived in the wrong place.
After signing in you land on Home, which gives you a quick overview.
Three counters across the top:
• Total Campgrounds
• Total Memberships
• Expiring Soon
Below that, Your Campgrounds shows a card for each of your campgrounds with its location and status, plus a Refresh Data button.
Quick Actions gives you two shortcuts: View All Members and Create Membership Type.
Note: on first load the dashboard shows “Loading Your Dashboard” for a few seconds while it fetches your campground data. This is normal.
A read-only summary of your campground record: address, phone, email, feature badges such as Adult Only or Public Page Available, and the date it was created. You can filter by status and jump straight to your public page with View Public Page.
