Information About Refunds
This article will discuss what you can expect when receiving a refund.

- RoverPass's platform fee is non-refundable. Please see the picture below. This is what is called the service fee in that picture. This amount will vary based on the price of the reservation and the actual campground. See this article for more information about the platform fee.
- The Camper Processing Fee is also non-refundable. This amount is what is paid to the credit card processing company who is processing your credit card charges.
- Please contact the campground if you have any questions about the cancellation/refund policy. All refunds come from the campground and RoverPass has no control over the policy and decisions of the park.
- The Site Cost amount is refundable if the specific campground you are booking with has stated they do process refunds within their Cancellation/Refund Policy. Campgrounds have different cancellation policies. Some will take a percentage or a flat fee if the reservation is cancelled. Always look for the cancellation policy on the page where you submit your reservation request. Please see the picture below as an example:
