What is a Platform Fee/Why Is It Charged
This article is to explain the fee that is included in your reservation cost
The platform fee is a convenience fee that is added to be able to make online reservations available. This allows you to book a reservation whenever you would like and around your schedule.
It eliminates having to call the campground directly or read sensitive payment information over the phone. The fee is based on a percentage of your reservation subtotal.
With booking online at RoverPass, you will receive emails with updates on your reservation, what to expect when you arrive, confirmation emails, and reminders as your reservation approaches. Also, with booking through RoverPass you are able to use the Chat Feature to chat with the campground directly on any questions you have regarding your stay. Check out this article to find out more about using the Chat Feature to contact the campground directly.
