Affiliated Partners: When you join the RoverPass Marketplace, your campground is automatically listed on our affiliate partner websites. Campers are redirected to your RoverPass booking page to complete their reservation.
Integrated Partners: If you're a Marketplace Inventory campground, you can also receive reservations directly through our integrated partners. Campers book on the partner's website, and the reservation is automatically added to your RoverPass calendar as an Inventory Hold, helping prevent double bookings.
Non-partner OTA's: Want to connect with even more booking platforms? The RoverPass Channel Manager lets Inventory campgrounds sync their availability with additional Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), including:
An Inventory Hold blocks your site's availability when a reservation is made through an integrated partner or connected OTA.
FAQ:
What is the main difference between Affiliate Partners, Integrated Partners, and Non-partner OTAs?
What is an Inventory Hold?
This object resembles a reservation, but it holds only minimal information as its main purpose is to place a hold on a site for particular dates to ensure that you do not get double booked. When you receive an Inventory Hold from an integrated OTA, this signals to you that the reservation itself was taken on a different OTA (see source) and blocked on your RoverPass Calendar to ensure that inventory is held to serve the reservation you received (from Hipcamp, Spot2Nite, airbnb, Expedia, booking.com, VRBO, etc).
