How to Request Inex-Tech or HID Global Integrations for Your Campground

We’re excited to offer two new integrations to make managing your campground easier: Inex-Tech and HID Global, for license plate recognition or for access control. These tools are freely integrated with RoverPass and designed to simplify check-ins, improve security, and help you run your campground more smoothly.

What Do These Integrations Do?

Inex-Tech

  • What it does:
    • Tracks RVs on-site using license plate recognition.
    • Syncs with RoverPass to monitor which vehicles are present in real-time via our new free integration.
    • Enhance security and oversight using the license plates.

Hidglobal

  • What it does:
    • Provides automated access control by reading license plates and a PIN or similar code.
    • Validates reservations through RoverPass to allow entry at your park.
    • Enhace parking management.
  • Why you’ll love it:
    • Guests with valid reservations get in automatically, and you get peace of mind knowing your campground is secure.
