Overview

RoverPass Upkeep is a web app — you don't download it from the App Store or Google Play. Instead, you open it in your phone's browser and add it to your home screen. After that, it looks and works just like a regular app: it has its own icon, opens full screen, and even works with a poor connection.

The app is available at: upkeep.roverpass.com

Install on iPhone (Safari)

1. Open Safari and go to upkeep.roverpass.com
2. Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen (the square with an arrow pointing up)
3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen
4. Tap Add in the top right corner

The Upkeep icon will now appear on your home screen, just like any other app.

⚠️ On iPhone, make sure you use Safari — other browsers may not show the "Add to Home Screen" option.

Install on Android (Chrome)

1. Open Chrome and go to upkeep.roverpass.com
2. Tap the three dots menu in the top right corner
3. Tap Add to Home screen (on some phones it appears as Install app)
4. Tap Install to confirm

On Android you may also see an Install button or banner directly inside the app — tapping it does the same thing in one step.

After Installing

1. Tap the Upkeep icon on your home screen
2. Sign in with your RoverPass account (the same email and password you use on RoverPass.com)
3. You'll see your assigned cleaning tasks for your campground

Notes

• Installing the app is optional — Upkeep also works directly in the browser. Installing it just makes it faster to open and lets you check your assignments even with a weak signal.
• If you don't have a RoverPass account yet, or can't log in, ask your campground manager to add you to the team. See How to Add and Manage Team Members (User Management).
