How to Book a Campsite
When you make a reservation through RoverPass, your reservation is made directly with the campground. The campground is responsible for managing your reservation, including changes, cancellations, and refunds.
RoverPass provides the booking platform, but RoverPass Support does not manage reservations on behalf of campers.
How to Book a Campsite
You can book a campsite in one of the following ways:
- Visit the campground’s website and use its online booking system.
- Search for the campground on the RoverPass Marketplace.
- Select your dates and preferred site or accommodation.
- Complete the online checkout process.
Once your reservation is completed, the campground receives the reservation and can manage it through its RoverPass Owner Portal.
Need Help With Your Reservation?
If you have a question or need to make a change to your reservation, please contact the campground where you booked. Their contact information is typically included in your reservation confirmation email.
If you are unable to reach the campground or need RoverPass Support to investigate a technical issue related to your booking, you can contact RoverPass Support and provide your reservation details. Our team can investigate the issue, but we cannot make reservation changes or cancellations on the campground’s behalf.
