How to Add Discount Clubs Offered at my Campground to my RoverPass Listing

Campground Discounts

Offering discounts is a great way to attract new campers, encourage repeat visits, and reward specific groups of guests. Whether you're offering discounts to members of a national organization or creating your own promotions, discounts can help increase bookings and build customer loyalty.

Types of Discounts

RoverPass supports a variety of discount programs, including:

  • AARP
  • Good Sam
  • AAA
  • KOA
  • Military
  • First Responders
  • Teachers
  • Students

You can also create custom discounts, such as:

  • Local resident discounts
  • Referral discounts
  • Seasonal promotions
  • Event-specific offers
  • Loyalty or returning camper discounts

How Discounts Work

When creating a discount, you can configure:

  • The discount percentage.
  • A maximum number of nights the discount can be applied.
  • Blackout dates when the discount will not be available.

Eligible discounts are displayed on your campground's RoverPass listing. During checkout, campers can select an available discount and enter any required membership information.

If you'd like to enable or configure discounts for your campground, please contact RoverPass Support and we'll be happy to assist you.

Note:

  • Online discounts are only available for reservations of 6 nights or fewer. Reservations longer than 6 nights do not display the discount option, since weekly and monthly rates may already include discounted pricing.
  • Campers can apply only one discount per reservation. If the Non-Refundable Rate is enabled, they must choose between that option and any available campground discount.
  • To apply a discount to an existing reservation, please refer to the Override a Price or Add a Manual Discount help article.
