If your campground has a listing on the RoverPass Marketplace but it is still in "Claim My Listing" status, you have two options:
Want to make your listing bookable?
You can follow the process to claim your listing and join the RoverPass Marketplace. Once your listing is set up and activated, you’ll receive login credentials that allow you to manage your listing, update your information, and accept reservations through RoverPass.

Don't want your listing on RoverPass?
Simply contact our support team at [email protected] and let us know that you would like your campground listing removed. We’ll be happy to help!
Please note: While your listing is in "Claim My Listing" status, our Support team is unable to make individual updates to the listing, such as changing photos, amenities, rates, or campground information.
If you would like to manage and update your listing yourself, you’ll need to claim your listing and make your campground bookable through the RoverPass Marketplace.
Once your Marketplace listing is set up and activated, you’ll have access to your RoverPass account where you can manage your listing information and accept reservations.

Making your campground bookable through the RoverPass Marketplace allows you to:

Accept reservations from campers searching for places to stay.
Reach more potential campers through the RoverPass Marketplace.
Keep your listing information up to date whenever you need to make changes.
RoverPass charges a 15% commission on Marketplace reservations.
