1. Visit the Help Center

Our Help Center contains answers to many common questions about:

2. Contact Support

If you can't find the answer you're looking for, submit a support request through our Support Form or email us at [email protected].

To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your campground name
  • A description of the issue or question
  • Screenshots, error messages, or relevant links when available

3. Phone Support (CRS Customers)

Phone support is available for customers using our Central Reservation System (CRS).

To access your dedicated support line:

  1. Log in to your Owner Portal.
  2. Locate your Support Phone Number and Access Code in the upper-right corner of the screen.
