What is a Platform Fee/Why Is It Charged
The platform fee is a convenience fee that supports RoverPass's online booking service. It allows you to book reservations securely at any time, without needing to call the campground or provide your payment information over the phone.
The fee is calculated as a percentage of your reservation subtotal and is displayed during checkout before you complete your booking.
When you book through RoverPass, you gain access to several benefits, including:
- Secure online booking available 24/7.
- Reservation confirmation and payment receipts sent by email.
- Important reservation updates and reminders before your stay.
- Arrival and check-in information provided by the campground.
- Access to the Chat feature, allowing you to communicate directly with the campground about your reservation.
Note: The platform fee is separate from the campground's cancellation policy and is non-refundable.
