General Store Transactions
The General Store Transactions tab will provide you with your transaction log for your General Store sales in a grid form.
How-To Pull your Transaction Log:
Step 1: Login through the RoverPass Owner Portal Sign In Page
Step 2: Click on the 'General Store Transactions' tab under the ´Transactions´tab
The report will be sorted with your most recent transactions at the top and will include the following information:
- Purchase date and time
- Payment method taken
- Subtotal amount
- Tax amount
- Processing Fee (if paid by credit card)
- Total amount
- Number of items included in the transaction
- Reservation Code (if you have attached a reservation to that transaction)
- View Payment
- Print Receipt (you can reprint the receipt if needed)
