What fees are non-refundable?
Platform Fee
The RoverPass Platform Fee is non-refundable. In your reservation summary, this fee may appear as the Service Fee. The amount varies depending on the campground and the total cost of your reservation. Learn more about the Platform Fee in this article.
Camper Processing Fee
The Camper Processing Fee is also non-refundable. This fee covers the cost of processing your credit card payment.
Is the site cost refundable?
The Site Cost may be refundable, depending on the campground's cancellation policy. Each campground sets its own refund policy, and some may deduct a flat fee or a percentage of the reservation total when a cancellation is made.
Before completing your reservation, always review the campground's cancellation policy on the checkout page.
If you have questions about a cancellation or refund, please contact the campground directly. All refund decisions are made by the campground, and RoverPass is unable to modify or override their cancellation policy.
