Log into Your RoverPass Account
Navigate to the General Settings Tab located in the left hand menu under 'Reservation Setup'
Toggle ACH Payments ON In the System Settings section. This will allow your campers to pay via ACH. Click on ´Save Configuration´.

While ACH payments can offer your guests a more affordable payment option, there are a few things to keep in mind:
ACH payments typically take 3–5 business days to process, but it can sometimes take up to 7 days for the funds to be fully transferred into your account. Let your guests know about this delay, so they can plan accordingly for timely payments.
If you need to issue multiple refunds for a reservation, keep in mind that only one ACH refund can be pending at a time. Attempting an additional refund will trigger a pop-up notifying you that the first refund must be completed before you can proceed.
1. When will payments run if campers choose ACH?
ACH payments will be processed on the billing day each month, similar to credit card payments. However, be aware that processing times for ACH are longer, so campers should submit payments a few days before the due date.
2. Can I set up ACH payments for my campers?
No, for security reasons, campers must set up ACH payments themselves through their RoverPass Traveler Account. Encourage your guests to follow the steps outlined in their portal to add their bank account information.

If an ACH payment fails, the failed status will be visible in the “Reservation Payments” tab within the campground dashboard, allowing you to quickly see and address the issue with your guest.
