Use the Guestbook feature to pull up your guest's previous reservation information and have it autofill information while creating their new reservation!
Do you have return campers that stay with you multiple times a year?
Many Campground Owners requested an easier way to make reservations for return campers and we listened! RoverPass now offers a Guestbook tab within your RoverPass Owner Portal that allows you to search previous reservations at the park by camper contact information to see a history of their stays with you. It even autofills that camper's information into their next reservation. Let's take a look at how it works!
How to use the Guestbook tab to Create a Reservation:
Step 1: Login through the RoverPass Owner Portal Sign In Page
Step 2: Click on the 'Guestbook' tab in the left hand sidebar
Step 3: Search for the Camper using their contact information (First & Last Name, Phone Number, or Email)
Step 4: Click the blue "search" button
Step 5: The Camper's reservation profile will appear with all of their previous reservations made at your campground
Step 6: Click the blue "Create Reservation" button in the top right corner of your screen
Step 7: This will automatically take you to the 'Camper Details' page in the checkout process, where the camper's information is autofilled into the fields.
Step 8: Scroll down to the "Number of Adults" field, click the '+' sign to reflect the number of Adults in the campers reservation.
Step 9: Scroll down to the end of the page, click the 'Continue to Payment' button
Step 10: Select the appropriate tab on how the camper would like to pay for the reservation (credit card, cash, check)
- Default: Pay with Credit Card
- Pay with Cash
- Pay with Check
Step 11: If the price looks correct, enter in the payment information, and click the "Complete Reservation" button
