Notifications that Campers Receive
RoverPass will automatically send your camper text and email notifications, this article will show you what they see!
Reservation confirmation:
When your camper’s booking is confirmed they will receive a reservation confirmation email that contains all the information they need for their trip. Including your location and contact information, directions, your cancellation policy, check-in procedure, your campground’s rules, and your campground's interactive map if applicable.
Your Upcoming Reservation:
3 days before check-in, your camper will receive an email reminding them of their upcoming reservation. This email includes the check-in and check-out instructions and the location and contact information for the park.
Reservation Cancelled:
When you cancel a reservation for your camper, the camper gets a notification letting know them know their cancellation is confirmed.
