1. Do I need to be a RoverPass customer to use Ticketing?

Nope! Ticketing is a standalone product. You don’t need to use our CRS or Marketplace to take advantage of it—it’s available to everyone.


2. What kinds of events can I sell tickets for?

Ticketing works for just about any event! From live music and seasonal festivals to classes, guided tours, day passes, and more. Both one-time and recurring events are supported.


3. Can I run multiple events at the same time?

Yes! You can manage several events at once, each with its own settings and event page. Guests can even buy tickets to multiple events in one checkout.


4. How do guests check in at the event?

Each guest gets a digital ticket with a QR code. Just scan it with a smartphone or tablet at check-in—it’s fast and easy.


5. What payment methods are supported?

Ticketing supports secure online payments via credit and debit cards. No need for cash or outside tools—everything is handled digitally.


6. Can I offer discounts or promo codes?

Yes! Create promo codes and offer special pricing based on purchase windows, quantity, group size, or other conditions.


7. Can I customize the look of my event pages?

Absolutely. Upload your own banner image and icon, write a custom description, and personalize each event’s landing page to match your brand.


8. Can I sell add-ons like merchandise or food?
