Terms of Service for THE ROVERPASS Membership

1. Introduction
   These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the THE ROVERPASS Membership and related services provided by RoverPass. By purchasing a membership, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
2. Membership Eligibility
   The THE ROVERPASS Membership is available to individuals who are at least 18 years old. You must provide accurate and complete information during the sign-up process to qualify for membership.
3. Payment and Fees
   The membership fee is $19.99 per year, due at the time of sign-up. This fee will automatically renew each year unless canceled by you. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, and payments must be made through the designated payment method on the RoverPass platform.
4. Benefits of Membership
   THE ROVERPASS Membership includes access to 10% cashback on campground bookings made through the RoverPass Marketplace, member-only discounts, and other promotional benefits. These benefits are subject to change at RoverPass's discretion and may vary by campground.
5. Cashback Terms
   Cashback is issued only for campground bookings made through the RoverPass Marketplace. Cashback is calculated as 10% of the total qualifying bookings and is subject to the following conditions:

• Quarterly Issuance: Cashback is mailed quarterly if your total cashback balance has reached a minimum of $100.
• Rollovers: If your cashback balance does not reach the $100 minimum in a given quarter, the balance will roll over and continue to accumulate until the next quarter or until the minimum threshold is reached.
• Non-Refundable: Cashback is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other forms of credit.

Please note that some campgrounds or booking dates may be excluded from cashback eligibility. The cashback program terms are subject to change at the discretion of RoverPass.

1. Cancellations and Refunds
   You may cancel your membership at any time. However, memberships are non-refundable, and the benefits will remain active until the end of the current term. No partial refunds will be issued for early cancellation.
2. Account Security
   You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information. You agree to notify RoverPass immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Limitation of Liability
   RoverPass is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use THE ROVERPASS Membership, including but not limited to issues related to campground availability, booking errors, or third-party services.
4. Governing Law
   These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which RoverPass operates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that state.
5. Changes to Terms
   RoverPass reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes to the Terms. Continued use of THE ROVERPASS Membership after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
