Emails and phone numbers, along with any user and reservation data are stored on Roverpass's secure servers. Passwords are encrypted and can not be seen by anyone internally at Roverpass. Credit card, bank account, and payment information are stored by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe follows strict guidelines to maintain Level 1 PCI Compliance to ensure your sensitive data is always safe.
