Responding to Reviews

If you need to thank someone for leaving a review, or would like to offer your side of the story, you can respond to the reviews on your listing

Step 1: Login through the Owner Sign In Page
Step 2: Click on your Campground’s name that you wish to work with
Step 3: Click "Listings" and scroll down to select "Reviews"
Step 4: Click "Respond to Review" for the review you want to leave a response to. 
Step 5: Click "Submit Response" after finishing what you would like to say. Afterwards, you can then Edit or Delete your review with the buttons provided.
