When you submit a Reservation Request, it is sent directly to the campground for review. The campground will verify availability and pricing before approving your reservation.

• If your reservation is approved, your payment will be processed at that time.
• If your reservation cannot be approved (for example, if there is no availability), your request will be declined and you will not be charged.

What is Instant Book?

Some campgrounds offer Instant Book, which means your reservation is confirmed immediately without waiting for the campground to review your request. Your payment is processed as soon as you complete your booking.
