RoverPass has a new Reports portal that replaces the old reports dashboard. It loads faster, lets you filter and favorite reports, and exports your data to a spreadsheet in one click. The old version is still available as Reports (Classic) while you get comfortable with the new one.
How to open Reports
- Log in to your RoverPass owner account.
- In the sidebar, click Reports (look for the New badge next to it). The old dashboard is right above it, labeled Reports (Classic).
- You can also bookmark
/owner/reports — it takes you straight to your campground's reports landing page.
What reports you'll find
Reports are organized into four tabs:
- Reservations — includes Reservations by Site, Reservations by Site Type, Reservation Details, Site Availability Grid, Cancelled Reservations, Reservation Financials, Reservation Add-ons, and more.
- Payments & Payouts — includes Payouts, Direct Deposit Payout, Payment Details, Payment Mix, and Cash & Check Payments.
- Financials & Analytics — includes All Transactions, Occupancy & Revenue per Site, Fees & Tax Breakdown, and Refunds.
- Daily Reports — includes Arrivals, Departures, In House Report, Guest Details, and Meter Readings.
Some reports offer related views. When you see a View: row near the top of a report, click a link there to jump to a sub-report — for example, Occupancy & Revenue per Site offers daily and monthly views.
To save a report you use often, click the star on its card (or in the report header). Starred reports appear in a Favorites tab that becomes your landing tab.
Filtering a report
- Open any report and find the filter bar under the title.
- Next to Date, pick your range using the From and To date fields. Some reports use a single "as of" date instead.
- If a report tracks more than one date (like booking date vs. check-in date), use the dropdown next to Date to choose which one to filter by.
- Use the additional dropdown filters to narrow results — for example, by site or status. You can select multiple options.
- Click Clear to remove your filters and start over.
Exporting your data
- Open the report and apply any filters — exports include exactly what's shown on screen.
- Click Export in the report header to download a CSV file.
- Prefer Excel? Click the small arrow next to Export and choose Download CSV or Download XLSX.
The file is named after the report and today's date, so it's easy to find in your downloads folder.
