If your campground is in Australia, the UK, Canada, or anywhere outside the United States, your Owner Portal now speaks your language for measurements and dates. There's nothing to configure — these settings follow the country on your campground's listing automatically.
Metric units for sites and rigs
For campgrounds outside the U.S.:
- Site and site plan measurements (like maximum length and width) are shown and entered in meters instead of feet.
- Existing measurements were converted from feet to meters automatically, so you don't need to re-enter anything.
- Rig sizes show both units — for example, a guest's rig length appears in meters with the feet equivalent alongside — so there's no confusion when guests have U.S.-style equipment specs.
Guests browsing your listing and booking online see the same units, so what you enter is what they see.
Day/month/year date formats
Campgrounds outside the U.S. also see dates in day/month/year order (for example, 25/12/2026 instead of 12/25/2026). This applies throughout your portal, including:
- Your availability calendar and date pickers.
- Reservation details, payment dates, and reservation history.
- Invoices and printed documents like tax invoices.
U.S. campgrounds continue to see the familiar month/day/year format.
How your country is determined
Both behaviors are based on the country set on your campground's address. To check it:
- In your Owner Portal sidebar, open General Settings.
- Review your campground's address and country on your listing details.
- If your country is wrong, contact RoverPass support to get it corrected — units and dates will follow automatically.
