How Campground Guests Request a Reservation

Placing a Reservation Request

Some campgrounds require reservation requests instead of instant bookings. This means the campground will review your request before confirming your stay.

Submit a Reservation Request

  1. Go to RoverPass.com and search for your destination.
  2. Select the campground you'd like to stay at.
  3. Click Choose Your Site.
    • If this option isn't available, you'll need to contact the campground directly to book.
  4. Select your travel dates and choose an available site.
  5. Enter your reservation details, including guest and rig information, then click Continue to Payment.
  6. Review the campground's policies, reservation details, and pricing.
  7. Enter your payment information and click Submit Request.

What Happens Next?

Once your request is submitted:

  • The campground will review your request and typically respond within 24 hours.
  • Your card will not be charged until the campground approves your reservation.
  • You'll receive an email once your request has been approved or declined.
