How to move/close/minimize the chat icon?

We've introduced a new chatbot to make it easier to get help and find answers quickly. If you'd like to reposition it or keep it out of the way while you browse, this article explains how to move, minimize, or close the chat icon.

You can customize the position of the chat icon on your screen at any time.

  • Move the chat icon: Click and hold the three-dot handle
    on the chat icon, then drag it anywhere on your screen.
  • Minimize the chat: Click the chat icon to hide the chat window while keeping the icon visible.
  • Close the chat: Click the X to close the chat window completely.
