Not every rate belongs on your public page. Maybe a site plan is seasonal, internal, or not actively rented — or you'd rather not advertise a particular "starting from" price. You can now control exactly which site plans and starting rates appear in the rates section of your public campground page.
Hide an entire site plan
- In your Owner Portal sidebar, go to Revenue Management and open the Rate Editor.
- Open the site plan you want to hide and edit it.
- In the Public Listing section, turn off the Show this site plan switch.
- Save the site plan.
The site plan no longer appears in the rates section of your public campground page.
Hide individual starting rates
You can also keep a site plan visible but hide one or more of its starting rate columns.
- In the Rate Editor, open the pricing tier you want to adjust.
- Find the Public Listing — Starting Rates section.
- Turn off any of the three switches: Show Starting Daily, Show Starting Weekly, or Show Starting Monthly.
- Save your changes.
Only the rates you leave switched on will show on your public page.
Good to know
- These switches are display-only. Hiding a site plan or rate does not affect booking, availability, or pricing — a guest who searches your availability with dates can still book at your configured rates. Think of it as taking the price tag out of the shop window while the product stays on the shelf.
- If a site plan is hidden, its three starting-rate switches are grayed out, since the whole plan is already off your public page.
- Your public page's rate table adjusts automatically — if every visible pricing tier hides a column, that column is removed entirely.
