Add Your Campground Rules in RoverPass

How to Add Your Campground Rules

You can use the Rules section in your RoverPass Owner Portal to share important campground rules and expectations with campers. These rules help campers understand what is expected during their stay before they arrive.

Examples of campground rules you may want to include:

  • Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.
  • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
  • Campfires are only allowed in designated fire pits.
  • Speed limit within the campground is 10 MPH.
  • Guests must keep their campsite clean and dispose of trash properly.
  • No smoking is allowed inside cabins or other accommodations.
  • Maximum occupancy limits must be followed.

Add a Campground Rule

  1. Log in to the RoverPass Owner Portal.
  2. Click General Settings in the left-hand menu.
  3. Select Rules.
  4. Click the red Add a New Rule button in the upper-right corner.
  5. Under Title, enter a name for your rule, such as Pet Policy or Quiet Hours.
  6. Under Rule, enter the details of the rule.
  7. Click the red Save Rule button.

You can create multiple rules to make sure campers have all the information they need before their stay.

Once saved, your campground rules will be displayed to campers during the booking process.
