How do I get paid?

Understanding Your RoverPass Payouts

RoverPass uses Stripe, a trusted and secure payment processor, to send payouts directly to your bank account. Once your payout account is set up, all eligible online reservation payments will be automatically deposited into your account—no additional action is required.

How Direct Deposit Works

After you complete your Stripe setup:

  • Funds from online reservations begin processing as soon as the reservation is created.
  • Stripe deposits your funds into your bank account within 3–5 business days.
  • You receive the camper's payment before check-in.
  • If you need to issue a refund, you can do so directly from the RoverPass platform.

Note: Your first payout may take 7–10 business days while Stripe completes the initial verification of your account.

One-Time Setup

Setting up your payout account is a one-time process. Once it's complete, future reservation payments will continue to be deposited automatically.

If you ever need to change your payout method, go to the Direct Deposit tab in RoverPass and click Reset. This will allow you to set up a new payout account from scratch.

Important: The Reset action cannot be undone. Once you reset your payout account, you'll need to complete the setup process again using your new banking information.

Next Step: Ready to start receiving payouts? Follow the instructions in Setting up Direct Deposit to connect your bank account through Stripe.

Security & Compliance

Your payment information is protected by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor trusted by millions of businesses worldwide.

Stripe securely handles:

  • Credit and debit card transactions
  • Payment encryption
  • Fraud protection
  • Automated bank deposits (payouts)

You can also track the status of your payouts directly from your RoverPass dashboard.

If your organization requires security documentation, Stripe provides the following compliance reports:

  • PCI Attestation of Compliance (AOC)
  • SOC 3 Report
