The Check-In Board is a full-screen view of today's arrivals, built to live on a TV or tablet in your office. Your staff can see at a glance who's expected, who's already on their site, and which site each camper is assigned to — without digging through the reservation list.
What the Board Shows
The board lists every camper arriving today in a simple table with seven columns: Camper's Name, Site Number, Reservation Code, Status, Guests, Vehicles, and Pets.
Each camper's Status shows either Arriving (on the way) or At Site (already checked in). Arriving campers sort to the top so your staff always sees who still needs attention first.
Above the table you'll find:
- Your campground name, today's date, a live clock, and your check-in window (if you've set one).
- Three stat cards: Total Arrivals, At Site, and On The Way.
Need details on a reservation? Click any row and it opens in a new tab.
How to Open the Board
- Log in to your RoverPass dashboard.
- In the sidebar, open the Dashboard menu.
- Click Check-In Board.
Put It on an Office TV or Tablet
- Open the Check-In Board on your computer.
- In the banner at the top of the board, click Copy Link.
- On your TV's browser or office tablet, paste the link and log in to your RoverPass account.
- Leave the page open — that's it.
Once you've read the banner, click Dismiss and it stays hidden for a clean display.
If your arrival list is longer than the screen, switch on the Auto-scroll toggle above the table. The board scrolls one row at a time so every camper gets screen time; hover over the table to pause it.
It Updates Itself
The board refreshes automatically in real time. When a guest checks in — whether your staff does it or the guest uses self check-in — their row flips to At Site within moments. You never need to reload the page.
On a quiet day with no arrivals, the board shows a friendly "No campers arriving today" message instead of the table.
