What is AutoWaivers by RoverPass?

AutoWaivers is an add-on feature that automates the process of sending liability waivers to campers. Once a camper completes a reservation, the waiver is automatically emailed to them for electronic signature. After the camper signs the waiver, it becomes available for you to review in your Owner Portal.

How much does AutoWaivers cost?

AutoWaivers is billed on a per-use basis at $0.99 per waiver sent.

How do I activate AutoWaivers for my campground?

Follow these steps to enable AutoWaivers:

1. Submit a request form.
2. Provide your waiver template. If you don't have one, we can provide a sample template to help you get started.
3. Our team will configure AutoWaivers for your campground.
4. Once testing is complete, we'll notify you that AutoWaivers is ready to use.

Can I use my own waiver template?

Yes. You can provide your own waiver template, and our team will review and upload it for your account.

How long does it take to activate AutoWaivers?

Activation typically takes 2–3 business days, including setup, testing, and verification.

What happens if a camper doesn't sign the waiver?

If a camper hasn't signed their waiver, you'll be able to see its status in your dashboard. You may need to contact the camper and remind them to complete the waiver that was emailed from [email protected].

Can I track the waivers that have been sent and signed?

Yes. Your dashboard allows you to track the status of your waivers, including those that are Sent, Signed, and Pending.

Where can I view signed waivers?

You can view all of your campground's waivers by going to Reservation Setup > Waivers & Documents in your Owner Portal. From there, you can review the status of each waiver and access signed documents.

How am I billed for AutoWaivers?

AutoWaiver charges are included on your regular RoverPass billing statement. Each waiver sent is billed at $0.99.

Are there refunds for unused or unsigned waivers?

No. Waivers are billed when they are sent, regardless of whether the camper signs them.

Can I see how much I've spent on AutoWaivers?

Yes. Your dashboard includes a summary of your waiver usage and the associated charges.

Can I modify or deactivate AutoWaivers?

Yes. If you'd like to make changes to your waiver setup or deactivate the feature, simply contact RoverPass Support.

What if I need help creating a waiver?

If you don't already have a waiver, we can provide a sample template and help guide you through customizing it for your campground.
