1. Service Overview:
The SMS mass notification feature allows campgrounds to send bulk text messages to their guests, facilitating streamlined communication directly through the RoverPass platform.
2. Payment and Service Continuation:

Failure to pay for the service will result in reduced reservation fee payouts.

If payment is not made, the service will be shut down immediately.
3. Consent and Use of Brand Name:
By using the Mass SMS Notifications service, campgrounds consent to the use of their name in SMS notifications sent to campers. The SMS sender name will be RoverPass by using the following phone number (737) 232-7448
4. Responsibility and Liability:

RoverPass Liability: RoverPass serves as a service provider, sending messages on behalf of the campground. It is not responsible for the content of messages, miscommunication, or any resulting damages.

Campground Responsibility: Campgrounds are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of SMS content. If a message fails to send, it will be reported, but the campground remains responsible for verifying delivery.

No Liability for Damages: RoverPass will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of this service.
5. Compliance with U.S. SMS Regulations:

No Spam: Campgrounds must adhere to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all relevant U.S. laws. This includes obtaining explicit consent from recipients to receive SMS notifications. Sending unsolicited messages (spam) is strictly prohibited.

Opt-In Requirement: Campgrounds must ensure clear opt-in consent from campers before sending any SMS notifications. Consent can be collected during the check-in process, and campgrounds must provide an option for recipients to opt out of future messages.

Opt-Out Words: STOP, EXIT, UNSUBSCRIBE.
6. Service Disclaimer:
RoverPass is not responsible for issues related to miscommunication, inaccurate information, or consequences resulting from the use of the SMS service. It is the campground’s responsibility to review and verify all messages before sending.
7. Discontinuation of Service:
Users who wish to discontinue the service must email RoverPass before the 30th of each month. Failure to cancel before this deadline will be treated as consent for continued service and agreement to applicable charges.

Messages must not include illegal content, financial incentives, or misleading claims.

Avoid including links or emojis in SMS messages.
Message Length and Charges:

SMS messages have a length limit of 160 characters.

Messages exceeding 160 characters will be split into multiple batches, with each batch counting as a separate SMS.
Prohibited Topics:

Do not include discussions related to monetary incentives (e.g., "You will receive $20 if you sign up...").
