How To Navigate your 'Payments' tab
You can now see all of your payments processed through RoverPass in one place!
Navigating your 'Payments' tab:
Step 1: Login through the RoverPass Owner Portal Sign In Page
Step 2: Click on the 'Payments' tab in the left hand sidebar
Step 3: From this screen you can filter through your payments by using the Search Bar or Reservation, General Store, and Custom Charges filters at the top of the page. You can also select the dropdown from this screen to filter by Paid, Failed, or Pending payments.
Step 4: Scroll further down on this screen to see each payments line item information such as:
- The reservation the payment is associated with
- Date payment was taken
- Camper Details (Name + Email)
- Site number for the campers reservation
- Status and Amount of the payment
- Reservation Details
