How to move/close/minimize the chat icon?
We’ve launched a new chatbot to help streamline communication and provide faster support. This article shows you how to move, minimize, or close the chat icon so it doesn’t get in the way while you browse.
To minimize the chatbot, simply click on the chat icon. You can click it again anytime to reopen the chat when you need it. If the chatbot icon is blocking a button or part of the page, you can easily move it. Just click and drag the three dots (⋮) on the chat icon to reposition it anywhere on your screen.
