How to create Discount codes in your Ticketing Platform?

Offer discounts by setting up Promo Codes

 

  1. Go to your Ticketing Dashboard

  2. From the left hand side menu, select Ecommerce → Basket Codes  

 
 
      You will be taken to Discount Codes Dashboard where you can see current active and inactive discount codes as well as create new discount codes.
 
     3. Click on ´Create Discount Code´
 
 
 
Fill in the following details:
  • Discount Code (Numbers and/or letters, no spaces)
  • Discount Type
    • Fixed value
    • Percentage
    • Buy X get Y
    • Multi-buy 
 
Once you click ´Submit´ you can customize your discount by setting up:
  • Basic information


  • Eligibility settings
  • What to apply it to:
  

  1. Hide Discounts

    1. Follow these steps if you wish to hide the discount codes input field during the checkout flow.

      1. In your Admin panel go to E-Commerce > Discount codes

      2. Click Settings in the top right corner

      3. Select 'Disabled' > Click Save

      4. There will be no input field showing under the Order Summary
