Reservations can be created through the Reservation Builder, using the 'Create Reservation' button or directly from the Calendar tab.
Feature Update: You asked and we listened! Take a look at our new and improved ResBuilder! We have updated our 'Create Reservation' button with several key features that our Owners requested, some of these updates include:
- "Are you towing your extra vehicle" question added
- Charging Custom Fees on a reservation
- Breaking down reservation totals into multiple installments + invoicing capabilities
- Save credit card on file
Creating a Reservation: From the Reservation Builder
Step 1: Login through the RoverPass Owner Portal Sign In Page
Step 2: Click the "Create Reservation" in the left hand sidebar or from the top of the calendar tab
Step 3: Enter the dates that the camper is inquiring about
Step 4: Use the 'Filter By' section to filter by which type of site your camper is looking for (RV Site, Tent Site, Cabin etc.)
Step 5: Scroll to the Site Plan Type and Specific Site number your camper is interested in and select the site type by clicking the blue 'Add' button
Step 6: Enter the 'Camper Information' section, 'Rig Information' section, and any Discounts or Add On's if applicable.
Feature Update: Users can now select 'Conversion Van' or 'Super C' as rig type options at checkout.
Step 7: Click the 'Proceed to Payment and Fees' button in the bottom right hand corner
Step 8: Select how you would like this reservation to be paid:

- In Full - the total amount of the reservation is due at booking
- Multiple Payments - decide how many payments you would like to split the reservation total into
- Other - here is where you can adjust the reservation price, discounts, taxes, and make any changes on how you want to process the payment
Please Note: If you need to adjust the price on a reservation, you will do so using the 'Other' button at the top of the Payments & Fees page
Step 9: Enter in any 'Fees' you need to charge on the reservation (Examples: security deposits, parking pass, etc.)
Step 10: Click the 'Proceed to Payment' button in the bottom right corner
Step 11: Select the appropriate tab on how the camper would like to pay for the reservation (credit card, cash, check)

- Default: Pay with Credit Card
- Pay with Cash
- Pay with Check
Step 12: If the price and reservation details look good, enter in the payment information, and click the 'Book Now' button in the bottom right hand corner.
Feature Update: We will no longer require the full address from Owners to process payment in the Resbuilder and General Store. We will only require the zip code field to be filled in.
Step 13: Choose how you would like to send a receipt to your guest! (email, print, no receipt)
- Enhanced Reservation Revisions: We display all revisions made to a reservation in the camper's Reservation Page. This feature enhances transparency and accountability by showcasing every alteration made to a reservation over time.
- Reservation History: Campground users can review reservation information and changes made by users using the Reservation History button, including the date and time of those changes.
