      1. What is THE ROVERPASS Membership?
        THE ROVERPASS Membership is an annual program that provides exclusive 10% cashback on campground bookings made through the RoverPass Marketplace.
      2. How much does the membership cost?
        The membership costs $19.99 per year. This fee is charged annually at the time of sign-up.
      3. How do I sign up for THE ROVERPASS Membership?
        You can sign up online through the RoverPass website. Simply visit our membership page, enter your details, and complete your annual payment of $19.99.
      4. How do I get my 10% cashback?
        Once enrolled in THE ROVERPASS, you will earn 10% cashback on campground bookings made through the RoverPass Marketplace. Cashback is mailed quarterly if your cashback balance has reached a minimum of $100. If the balance is less than $100, it will roll over to the next quarter until the minimum is met.

        The cashback applies only to campground bookings made through the RoverPass Marketplace. Some campgrounds or booking dates may be excluded from the cashback offer.         THE ROVERPASS Membership can be used at campgrounds listed on the RoverPass Marketplace. Please check the eligibility and discounts for each campground.
      8. Is the membership transferable?
        No, the THE ROVERPASS Membership is non-transferable and is tied to the account under which it was purchased.
      9. How do I manage my THE ROVERPASS Membership?
        You can manage your membership, including updating your payment information and tracking your cashback, just email theroverpass@roverpass.com
