When creating a new site plan in RoverPass, the "Overview" page is your starting point. Here's a brief guide to help you navigate and complete the necessary fields: We commonly refer to Site Plans as a Set of Rules.
**Please keep in mind that we commonly refer to Site Plans as a Set of Rules. If your sites share all the below attributes, you can use that site plan for many individual sites!
- Site Plan Name: Enter a unique name for your site plan. This can be anything that helps you easily identify the site plan within your campground's settings.
- Site Type: Choose from a dropdown list of 14 site types (e.g., RV Site, Cabin, Tent). This selection helps categorize the kind of sites included in the plan.
- Max Nights Stay: Specify the maximum number of nights a guest can stay. Enter a number that reflects your campground's policy.
- Payment Requirement: Select from options such as "total of reservations," "one night upfront," or "custom amount upfront." This determines how payments are handled for reservations.
- Other Details: Use this open-ended field to provide additional information about the site plan that might be relevant for guests or for internal organization.
Additionally, the left-hand sidebar menu on the Overview page links to further customization options for your site plan:
