Notifications that Campers Receive

RoverPass keeps campers informed every step of the way through email and SMS notifications. These messages ensure they stay up to date on their reservations, payments, and communication with campgrounds. Below is a breakdown of the types of notifications campers may receive:

 

📱 SMS Notifications

Campers will receive text message alerts for important updates, including:

  • Installment Payment – Confirmation that a payment has been successfully processed.

  • Installment Receipt – Notification that a payment receipt is available.

  • Installment Reminder – Reminder that an installment payment is due soon.

  • New Chat Message – Alert when a new message is received from the campground.

  • New Reservation Request – Confirmation that a reservation request has been submitted.

  • Reservation Approved – Notification that a reservation request has been approved. (Only for Marketplace accounts)

  • Reservation Cancelled – Confirmation that a reservation has been cancelled.

  • Reservation Expired – Notification that a pending reservation request has expired. (Only for Marketplace accounts) (Only for Marketplace accounts)

Campers also receive detailed email notifications for updates related to their bookings, payments, and account activity:

  • Check-In Reminder – A reminder before their upcoming stay.

  • Installment Payment – Confirmation of a successful installment payment.

  • Installment Receipt – Receipt for an installment payment.

  • Installment Reminder – Reminder of an upcoming installment payment.

  • Installment Voided – Notification that an installment has been voided.

  • Purchase Complete – Confirmation of a completed purchase.

  • Refund Processed – Notification when a refund has been issued.

  • Reservation Approved – Confirmation that the campground has approved the reservation.

  • Reservation Cancelled by Camper – Confirmation of a cancellation made by the camper.

  • Reservation Cancelled by Campground – Notification that the campground has cancelled the reservation.

  • Reservation Expired – Notification that a pending request has expired. (Only for Marketplace accounts)

  • Reservation Rejected – Notification that the campground has rejected the reservation request. (Only for Marketplace accounts)

  • Reservation Request Confirmation – Confirmation that the camper’s request has been received. (Only for Marketplace accounts)
