How to Create a Facebook Page

Instructions for how to create a Facebook account for your park, and how to add a book now button so campers can request to book

Creating Your Page
Step 1: Go to facebook.com and log into your personal account. If you don’t have an account, you’ll need to create one.

Step 2: Navigate to https://www.facebook.com/pages/creation/
Step 3: Type in “RV Park” for “Category”, fill in the rest of the fields, and click “Continue”
Step 4: Add a profile picture and cover photo of your campground by clicking the “Upload” buttons when prompted (you can do this later if you don’t have any good pictures on file)

Adding Your Book Now Button
Step 1: Once you get to your new Facebook page, drag your mouse over the “Send Message” button and click “Edit Button”
Step 2: Click “Book with you” and then select “Book Now” when it pops up--then click “Next” at the bottom
Step 3: Click “Link to Website”, enter your websites homepage or reservations page URL, and then click “Save”
