RoverPass is an online booking platform that helps campground owners manage reservations and allows campers to book directly with participating properties.
If you need to make changes to a reservation, cancel, or have questions about specific property details, please contact the property directly.
You can find their contact information on your reservation confirmation or on their individual property website.
PLEASE NOTE: All reservation changes are managed by the parks, following their policies, restrictions, and exceptions. RoverPass cannot modify reservations on their behalf.
Here are some answers to the questions we get the most often.
- How do I make a reservation if the campground does not have an online option to do so?
- If there is no online option, please call the campground directly.
- What is the Wi-Fi password? I am running 2 hours late, can I check in at 8:00 pm?
- For questions like Wi-Fi passwords, late check-ins, directions, same-day reservation changes, or specific site requests, please contact the campground office, manager, or owner directly. RoverPass does not have access to this information.
- How do I cancel my reservation?
