What is AutoWaivers by RoverPass?

AutoWaivers is an add-on feature that automates the process of sending liability waivers to campers. Once a camper completes a reservation, the waiver is automatically sent to their email for electronic signature. Signed waivers are then sent back to the campground owner’s registered email address.

How much does AutoWaivers cost?

AutoWaivers is billed on a per-use basis at $0.99 per waiver sent.

Who should use AutoWaivers?

AutoWaivers is ideal for campground owners who want to simplify their liability waiver process, ensure compliance, and save time managing camper agreements.

How do I activate AutoWaivers for my campground?

Follow these steps to enable AutoWaivers:

  1. Submit a request form here.

  2. Provide a waiver template. If you don’t have one, we can provide a sample template to help you create one.

  3. Our team will set up your account and integrate it with your RoverPass account.

  4. Once testing is complete, we’ll notify you that AutoWaivers is live.

Can I use my own waiver template?

Yes, you can provide your own waiver template. Our team will review and upload it for use with AutoWaivers.

How long does it take to activate AutoWaivers?

The activation process typically takes 2-3 business days, including setup, testing, and confirmation.

What happens if a camper doesn’t sign the waiver?

If a camper doesn’t sign the waiver, you will be notified via your dashboard. You will need to contact directly your camper to let him know that an email from campgroundwaivers@roverpass.com was sent with the waiver that they need to E-Sign.

Can I track the waivers sent and signed?

Yes, your dashboard includes tracking of waiver usage, including waivers sent, signed, and pending.

How am I billed for AutoWaivers?

Charges for AutoWaivers are included in your regular RoverPass billing statement. Each waiver sent is billed at $0.99.

Are there refunds for unused or unsigned waivers?

No, fees for waivers sent are non-refundable, even if the camper does not sign the waiver.

Can I see how much I’ve spent on waivers?

Yes, your dashboard includes a financial overview showing the total waivers sent and associated costs.
